Okay - 16 July 2020 "Flowers were not delivered on the 13th as promised (delivered on the 14th instead) - I had to make an international call from the UK to SA in order to resolve this as no communication was made to me regarding the delay.The spokesperson added some roses as a gesture of goodwill (which was appreciated) but the flowers missed the big day which meant it wasn't as meaningful.Once they arrived it was great but it would have been have been great if they arrived on time."

Bad - 08 July 2020 "I ordered orange roses. On the day of delivery I was told there were no orange roses despite ordering more than a week in advance.The lady offered to replace them with red roses. I agreed. However when these roses were delivered to my partner they did not look great at all. This was part of an anniversary gift and I was ashamed at what was delivered.To top it off the order was supposed to include a teddy bear which was not delivered.Very disappointed with the service."

Terrible - 16 February 2020 "TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Placed an order on Friday 14th Feb for Valentines Day before 9Am payment and everything cleared.Got confirmation that my girlfriend will receive her flowers, she rather got a phone call to let her know the deliver address is to far!!!!! Today is Sunday 16 Feb and still no flowers, not even a call from the shop to give update on the flowers.Valentine's Day is over keep the flowers, I want a FULL REFUND!!! "
